Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated shipping times

Italy (Peninsula): 1-3 business days

Islands (Sicily and Sardinia): 2-4 business days

Remote or inconvenient areas: up to 5 business days

Shipping costs

* Standard shipping (up to 3 kg): $6.90

* Standard shipping (3 to 10 kg): €8.90

* Heavy shipping (over 10 kg): €11.90

* Free shipping on orders over €49.90

Shipment tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking number, which will be communicated via email as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

International shipping

We currently ship only to Italy. For special requests or overseas shipping, please contact us by email at info@misterspareparts.com.

Damaged or lost goods

If your package arrives damaged or undelivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt or estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
